The present invention relates to an apparatus, which weaves a ground group with many nets having a fixed shape with a jacquard weaving machine and forms a three-dimensional pattern using a connecting yarn which is made as a pattern yarn is missed without forming a pattern between patterns of a jacquard fabric which has a pattern portion forming the pattern in one portion in a process of weaving the ground group, and a jacquard fabric having the three-dimensional pattern.
