The present invention relates to a metamaterial structure and a dual band pass filter. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dual band pass filter comprises: a first substrate; a pair of feeding lines separately formed on both sides of the first substrate, and made of a conductor; an inter-digital capacitor formed between the feeding lines on the first substrate, and made of the conductor; strip lines formed on the first substrate, respectively extended and formed in both directions perpendicular to the feeding lines from both ends of the inter-digital capacitor, and made of the conductor; conductive sides respectively formed on both sides of the inter-digital capacitor on the first substrate, connecting the facing strip lines, and made of the conductor; conductive lines respectively formed on sides of the inter-digital capacitor, connecting the facing strip lines, and made of the conductor; a connecting line separated from the facing strip lines, connecting the corresponding conductive side and conductive line, and made of the conductor; a first conductive plate formed to be electrically connected to the strip line in a lower portion of the first substrate, and made of the conductor; and a second conductive plate formed to be electrically connected to the strip line in an upper portion of the first substrate, and made of the conductor.
