The present invention relates to an open type upper protection for geothermal heat. The present invention is coupled to an upper surface of a geothermal hole to be installed on an upper layer of the ground surface, and a water supply pipe penetrates the inside thereof. A return pipe returning underground water to the geothermal hole penetrates the inside thereof. A wire inlet is formed on the side surface, and a sealing cover is coupled to the upper surface. The open type upper protection for geothermal heat comprises: a connection container coupled with a flange; a sub-water supply pipe and a sub-return pipe of which one side end has the flange and the other side end has a connection socket and having a curved shape; the connection socket coupled to one side end of the pipe; an elbow of which one side is coupled to the connection socket and the other side has the flange; and an impact absorbing device composed of a plurality of O-rings provided on an outer circumferential surface of the other side end, a U-packing, and a U-packing cap. Therefore, the present invention has a simple structure to easily be manufactured and has minimal malfunctions and improves safety of operation.
