The present invention relates to an anti-aging cosmetic composition comprising extracts of sea horse, Eckloma cava, and Gelidium amansii. According to the present invention, regarding a mixed extract having excellent effects in inhibiting expression of collagen and TIMP-1, expression of tropoelastin, and expression of MMP-1, a cosmetic composition comprising the extracts as an active ingredient can be effectively used as an anti-aging cosmetic material.
