The present invention relates to a structure-reinforcing device using a wirerope and an anchor bolt and to a structure-reinforcing method using the same, wherein durability is enhanced by reinforcing the column, slab and beam of a structure using a wirerope and an anchor bolt. The concrete structure-reinforcing device using a wirerope and an anchor bolt according to the present invention comprises: a wirerope (10) having end parts at both sides unfastened by a certain length to form an unfastening part (11); an anchor bolt (20) having a head part (21) at one side enveloped by the unfastening part (11) of the wirerope (10); an anchor bolt fixing pipe (30) penetrated by the wirerope (10) to accommodate the head part (21) of the anchor bolt (20) enveloped by the unfastening part (11) inside, and having compression parts (31) formed at both sides to block the withdrawal of the accommodated head part (21); and a fixture (40) combined with the leg part (22) of the anchor bolt (20) to fix the anchor bolt (20) to the structure and strain the wirerope (10).
