The present invention relates to a system for treating food waste and excrement, wherein a process for treating food waste and excrement is simplified to reduce costs necessary for the treatment process and shorten the time necessary for a drying process. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system for treating food waste and excrement, wherein without any separate pre-treatment, moisture is removed from food waste and excrement in a drying device and the food waste and excrement are discharged as pellets which can be used as fuel.
