The present invention relates to a prepayment and agreement-based transaction simulation program, and a prepayment and agreement-based transaction system which are based on fluctuation of currency values and product values over time. If a consumer desires to purchase a particular product or service, the consumer is allowed to make a prepayment at a discounted price prior to the point in time when the consumer is provided with the product or the service and thereby, the invention enables a consumer to make reasonable consumption and a product supplier to perform an efficient management. The present invention comprises: a management server for providing a prepayment and agreement-based transaction simulation program, a supplier interface and a consumer interface; a consumer terminal connected to the management server via wired and wireless communication networks; and a supplier terminal wherein the supplier terminal provides product-based DB information via the supplier interface to the management server; the management server records the received DB information in a database of a prepayment and agreement-based transaction simulation program, and the consumer terminal runs the prepayment and agreement-based transaction simulation program via the consumer interface, and is configured to receive, a consent command for an electronic contract, which is created by the management server according to terms and conditions selected via the consumer interface.
