METHOD OF MESSAGE DELIVERY BASED ON THE NUMBER OF MESSAGE COPY IN DELAY TOLERANT NETWORK, RECORDING MEDIUM AND APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING THE METHOD

A method for forwarding a message for adaptively determining a message forwarding method in each node of a delay tolerant network, comprises the steps of: writing a message set to be forwarded to the other node when a node is in contact with the other node; separately comparing the number of times (n_m) in which each message of the message set is copied and the number of hops (H_m) in which the message is forwarded with a predetermined copy standard value (N_m) and a hop standard value (H_m); determining a message forwarding method for forwarding the message to the other node according to a result of the comparison; and forwarding the message to the other node according to the determined message forwarding method. Accordingly, depending on a diffusion degree of a copy, a message forwarding technique is dynamically changed, thereby appropriately adjusting diffusion of a message and increasing an overall message forwarding rate.
