The present invention relates to a steel plate girder having an improved corner fixing capacity and to a rahmen or box-shaped structure constructing method using the same, wherein a compressive force and a tensile force, which are generated on both end parts of the steel plate girder placed at a corner, can be transmitted more effectively to corner concrete by constructing and fixing the steel plate girder and the corner concrete to a pier and an abutment, which are the lower structures of a bridge. The steel plate girder is a girder including an upper flange, and middle and lower flanges. The steel plate girder having an improved corner fixing capacity comprises: an end panel formed on the end surface of the steel plate girder; a middle panel separated from the end panel toward the middle of the steel plate girder and formed between the upper flange and the lower flange; a hinge device formed on the bottom of the lower flange at the end part of the steel plate girder and having a bottom formed in the shape of a curve; and fore-end plates with openings formed on the upper surface of the upper flange of the steel plate girder and the bottom of the lower flange around the hinge device of a steel skeleton.
