The present invention relates to an energy-saving thermo-hygrostat with high condensation efficiency using condensate. The purpose of the present invention is to reduce an electricity usage, to increase the condensation efficiency of refrigerants, and to increase the cooling efficiency. According to the present invention, the energy-saving thermo-hygrostat with high condensation efficiency using condensate comprises: a cooling cycle (10) including a compressor (11), a condenser (12), an expansion valve (13), an evaporator (14), and a blowing fan (15); an electric heater (20) to which electricity is applied to generate heat and supply heating air to a room during a heating operation; a dehumidification unit (30) using condensate to make air exchange the heat with the condensate to be blown to the room and dehumidify the room; a water cooling condensation unit (40) which collects the condensate on the surface of the evaporator of the cooling cycle, exchanges the heat of the condensate with the refrigerant in the condenser, and incudes the condensed refrigerant to the expansion valve after passing through the condensate; and a controller to control the compressor, the dehumidification unit, and the water cooling condensation unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
