Provided are a composition for enhancing feed intake and promoting growth, and a manufacturing method thereof. The composition of the present invention is capable of effectively recovering or enhancing the amount of feed intake, promoting growth of livestock, and improving productivity as the composition is added to feed and providing for livestock with reduced appetite due to disease or stress, etc. To this end, the composition is formed by mixing 0.2-5.0 wt% of a Crataegus pinnatifida bunge extract, 2.0-20.0 wt% of a cyproheptadine dispersion body, 1.0-5.0 wt% of liquid paraffin, 25.0-50.0 wt% of zeolite, and 25.0-71.8 wt% of baked bran powder.
