The present invention relates to a method for operating high temperature single phase and anaerobic digestion device and a method for producing methane using the same and, more specifically, to a method for operating high temperature single phase anaerobic digestion device which adapts high temperature anaerobic microorganisms for producing methane by stabilizing organic wastes such as sewage sludge, food waste, excrements of domestic animals or the like generated from sewage treatment facilities and increasing the temperature and to a method for effectively and economically producing methane in a short time and in large quantity using the same.
