The present invention relates to a carpal ligament cutting device for treating carpal tunnel syndrome. The carpal ligament cutting device comprises: a holder equipped with a housing unit having a holding space and a pin accommodating unit having a guide channel connected to the holding space; a pin pusher equipped with a body unit installed in the holding space, a handling unit fixed to the rear of the body unit, and a pushing load unit located in front of the body unit and extended to the inside of the guide channel, and having a second wire channel; a front pin and a rear pin located in front of a front end of the pushing load unit and pushed out to the outside of the pin accommodating unit in order by being pushed by the pushing load unit; and a wire connecting the front pin and the rear pin and extended to the rear of the pin pusher through the first and second wire channels. The carpal ligament cutting device for treating carpal tunnel syndrome of the present invention has a simple structure and is easy to use, and specifically, is excellent in accuracy of a movement, thereby enabling a quick and effective operation. Moreover, the front pin and the rear pin are fixated on both ends of the wire to efficiently pull a cutting wire and can be pulled out using a pin fixing handle, thereby moving the wire in a desired pattern using the pin fixing handle so easily cutting the carpal ligament.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
