The present invention relates to an extracellular pH sensitive worm-shaped micelle for a cancer cell, and to a preparing method thereof. A pH sensitive worm-shaped drug carrier according to the present invention has an effect of being used as a medical drug carrier by increasing treatment effect by effectively discharging a drug sealed inside by collapse of the structure caused by ionization of 3-diethylaminopropyl (DEAP) which is a pH sensitive material in a weak acid environment of a tumor cell. And the pH sensitive worm-shaped drug carrier has an effect of being used as a composition for photodynamic diagnosis or treatment of cancer by sealing chlorin e6 (Ce6) which is photosensitive material inside.
