The present invention provides a sporozoine Pasteurii WJ-2 strain ( Sporosarcina pasteurii WJ-2) having radioactive substance resistance and treatment activity. The Sporeosacinase Pasteur WJ-2 strain of the present invention has resistance to radioactive materials and radioactive materials, and has mycological characteristics capable of exhibiting excellent radioactive material treatment activity even under pH conditions similar to the domestic groundwater environment And is excellent in resistance to strontium, and thus can be usefully used in industrial fields such as soil and groundwater treatment in radioactive contaminated areas.
