The present invention relates to a membrane filtration water treatment apparatus, capable of improving physical washing efficiency for a membrane module and skipping a separate treatment process for physical washing discharge water, and a method for physical washing in a membrane filtration process using microbubbles and for treating discharge water. According to the present invention, the membrane filtration water treatment apparatus comprises: a membrane module for filtering raw water with a membrane; and a bubble injection unit for supplying circulating water including microbubbles to a primary side of the membrane module when performing physical washing on the membrane module. The bubble injection unit includes: a bubble injection pipe for supplying circulating water including microbubbles to the primary side of the membrane module; a circulating pump for supplying circulating water to the bubble injection pipe; an air injection unit for injecting air to the circulating water; a dissolving unit for dissolving air in the circulating water; and a microbubble generating nozzle for converting air dissolved in the circulating water into microbubbles.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
