The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or ameliorating skin aging, containing an extract of Ramaria Formosa (Fr.) Quel as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the extract of Ramaria Formosa (Fr.) Quel or a fraction thereof, and ramarin A and B, which are novel compounds, prevent or ameliorate wrinkles on skin and show an outstanding anti-oxidation activity without cytotoxicity by providing excellent inhibitory effects on expression of human neutrophil elastase (HNE), an enzyme which inhibits elastin existing in dermal tissue within skin and functioning in maintaining skin elasticity.
