The present invention relates to a third-order sigma-delta modulator (100). The third-order sigma-delta modulator (100) includes: a first end (110) configuring a first-order sigma-delta modulator; a second end (120) which is connected to the first end in a cascade and configures a second-order sigma-delta modulator; a single bit comparator (130) which is connected to the second end (120), converts an analog signal received from the second end (120) to a digital signal, and outputs the converted digital signal; and a delayed feed-forward path (140) connected from an input of the first end (110) to the second end (120). The present invention can use the delayed feed-forward path (140) to reduce the power consumption and area taken by the modulator.
