NON-ORTHOGONAL MULTIPLE ACCESS SYSTEM BASED SPATIAL MODULATION AND THE METHOD THEROF

Provided is a non-orthogonal multiple access system which includes a transmitting station having Nt-numbers of antennas and multiple user terminals having a single antenna. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the non-orthogonal multiple access system may include: a separating unit which separates information that the transmitting station wants to transfer into a signal encoding part and an antenna index part; a signal encoding unit which encodes the signals encoding part based on a signal constellation diagram; and an antenna index encoding unit which encodes the antenna index part based on a space constellation diagram and selects one antenna among the Nt-numbers of antennas in order to transfer the encoded signals. Each of the multiple user terminals may include: an antenna index estimating unit which estimates an antenna index corresponding to the pertinent transfer antenna by using signals transferred from the selected transfer antenna; and a signal decoding unit which decodes the transferred signals based on the signal constellation diagram.
