Disclosed is an apparatus to synthesize metal nanoparticles using a laser. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus to synthesize metal nanoparticles comprises: a first pipe wherein a front end is connected to a metal precursor storage tank accommodating a metal precursor solution to move a metal precursor solution to a rear end from the metal precursor storage tank; a second pipe wherein the front is connected to a reductant storage tank accommodating a reductant solution to move the reductant solution to a rear end from the reductant storage tank, and the rear end connected to the rear end of the first pipe; an integration pipe wherein the front end is connected to the connection portion of the first pipe and the second pipe to move the solution flowing inside the first pipe and the second pipe to the rear end; a laser radiating unit which allows the solution to thermally react by radiating a femtosecond laser or a picosecond laser into the integration pipe to generate a metal nanoparticle; and a cooling unit disposed on the rear end of the integration pipe, cooling the generated nanoparticle.
