EXTRACTION ROLLER APPARATUS FOR REMOVING PUDDLING ON BOARD IN WET ETCHING PROCESS OF PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

The present invention relates to a suction roller apparatus for sucking with high pressure vacuum and removing a puddling phenomenon forming a water film by stagnating on a substrate in a wet etching process of a printed circuit board (PCB). The suction roller apparatus comprises: a storage tank for storing the certain amount of an etching solution; a suction roller in which a wheel having a plurality of holes formed by penetrating in an outer surface for rotating by being coupled to a surface of a printed circuit board transferred between a plurality of upper transfer rollers and lower transfer rollers, and a suction bar having both end units inside the wheel supported by a bearing and a plurality of suction holes formed on the bottom unit, are integrally coupled; a power delivering member for delivering toque generated in a power generating member to the wheel of the suction roller; a transfer tube for transmitting the etching solution from the storage tank to a spray nozzle by pressurizing to a transfer pump; a circulation tube for circularly transmitting the etching solution from the storage tank by pressurizing to a circulation pump; an ejector including a venturi tube which is coupled to the circulation tube, and forms vacuum by applied pressure of the circulation pump; and a suction tube for transmitting the etching solution sucked from the suction roller by forming vacuum pressure being connected to the ejector.
