The present invention provides a method for preparing additive-free fermented milk by using only raw milk and lactic acid bacteria and additive-free fermented milk prepared thereby. The method of the present invention comprise the steps of: (a) cooling raw milk whose impurities are removed to prepare fresh milk; (b) pre-heating and homogenizing the fresh milk prepared in the step (a) to prepare homogenized milk; (c) sterilizing and cooling the homogenized milk prepared in the step (b) to prepare sterilized and cooled milk; (d) adding lactic acid bacteria to the sterilized and cooled milk prepared in the step (c) to ferment the milk; and (e) cooling and filtering the fermented product prepared in the step (d).
