BASE MATERIAL MANUFACTURING METHOD USING SILICONE RESIN COATING SOLUTION APPLIED TO VARIOUS FURNITURE AND DAILY GOODS

A base material manufacturing method comprises the steps of: primarily coating release paper with a first silicone resin coating solution, drying and curing the same; secondarily coating the release paper coated with the first coating solution with a second coating solution including a microsphere in the second silicone resin coating solution, drying, curing, and foaming to expand the same; tertiarily coating the release paper coated with the second coating solution with a third coating solution including a second silicone resin; laminating the release paper coated with the third coating solution on various fabrics, drying, curing, and foaming to expand the same; and separating the release paper from the various fabrics on which the release paper is laminated. The method uses the microsphere in the secondary and tertiary silicone resin coating solution to foam and expand to laminate by using the various fabrics.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
