PRETREATMENT APPRATUS OF SYSTEM MAKING FUEL FROM EMPTY FRUIT BUNCH OF PALM TREE AND THE PROCESSING THEREOF

The present invention provides a pretreatment method for processing palm tree byproducts into fuel, which comprises the following steps: separating foreign substances after putting empty fruit bunch (EFB) which is a byproduct of a palm tree while eliminating various highly ionic metal compounds contained in the byproducts with water in a water tank; transporting the byproducts during a progression of the previous step; and transporting the foreign substances and the metal compounds while ongoing of elimination and then dehydrating the byproducts in a final stage thereafter. According to the present invention, the method eliminates dirt on the byproducts and reduces the metal compounds contained in the byproducts at the same time. Therefore, it is anticipated to have effects of minimizing a use of fuel ash in combustion.
