The treatment is carried out with an aqueous solution of alkali metal polyacrylate and a copolymer of acrylamide with derivatives of acrylic acid. The concentration of alkali metal polyacrylate solution is 0.1-1.0 wt % solution, and the concentration of the solution of copolymer of acrylamide with derivatives of acrylic acid is 0.05-0.5 wt %.
