The technical result of the framework of the composite reinforcement is to increase the ability of the carrier frame and reducing the complexity of manufacture. Said technical result is obtained from the carcass reinforcing composite reinforcement comprising extending in one direction first prestressed reinforcing bars and extending in the cross direction relative to the first bars second prestressed reinforcing bars are connected with the first reinforcing bars. Each reinforcing bar is elastic composite material comprising impregnated cured fiberglass resin, each elastic rod in the working position is curved in the vertical direction with respect to the plane of the rod and is in the position shown wavy shape formed rounded crests and rounded depressions obtained flexural elastic rods. Each recess of the rod is crossed with them adjacent the rod, the frame comprises a third rods made straight and arranged in a cross direction with respect to the first and second terminals, wherein the cross-sectional area of each of the third rod greater cross-sectional area of each first web and each second rod and all rods in their places of intersection are connected by a coupler.
