The method of claim 1, wherein: when identifying one or more hand positions from one or more isolated zones in a first image, a specific hand position and at least one additional hand position are identified; when determining the contour of a specific hand position, the contour of said at least at least one additional position of the hand; and when calculating one or more features of the contour of a specific position of the hand, one or more features of the contour of the at least one additional position of the hand are additionally calculated; the method further comprises determining whether said part of the one or more is isolated
