A method of estimating reduction of electrical energy consumption in the implementation of energy-saving devices, characterized in that when determining the reduction of electricity consumption accounted for linear and non-linear dependence of the volume of electricity by influencing the production and climatic factors through the application of mathematical apparatus of artificial neural networks along with methods of mathematical statistics, allowing with increased accuracy to determine the actual reduction in electricity consumption achieved by the introduction of energy-saving devices.
