Surgical instrument comprises handle, barrel with starting rod, end clamp with thrust element, lower branch and unit for suturing and dissection. Unit for suturing and dissection responds to longitudinal closing motion caused by handle and barrel. Lower branch is configured to receive detachable cartridge. Cartridge includes housing, set of suturing staples, located in housing, panel located above set of suturing staples, and fastening insert in form of tip, with set of hooks. Panel forms hole, wherein each hole is located in fact, over each suturing staple.
