The invention relates to ophthalmology and is intended for electrophysiological studies of visual functions. The electrode is composed of a holder body and a working electrode surface. The electrode body is made of alloys containing at least 67% silver ^{by weight.} The working surface has a metal plating of the platinum group. And an electrode holder body connected by an electrical connector. Use of the electrode allows to increase the reliability of the data and improve the ergonomic working conditions.
