The model relates to the field of electrical engineering and power electronics and can be used to improve the quality indicators of electric energy in three-phase four-wire distribution networks of low voltage with non-linear and / or asymmetric load. The proposed device (multifunction controller) provides simultaneous compensation of the reactive power of the main harmonic, active filtering of the most significant higher harmonic components of the current and eliminating the asymmetry of the currents of the network, which allows to improve the quality of electricity in three-phase power supply systems and reduce the current in the neutral wire due to compensation of the zero current sequence and filtering harmonics with frequencies that are multiples of three relative to the fundamental. The regulator contains a transistor converter, a capacitor bank, an output filter, voltage and current sensors, a control system, which includes a synchronization unit, a unit for generating reference currents, a unit for calculating control signals, a voltage regulator on a capacitor bank, and a pulse generator of a pulse-width-based control pulse modulation (PWM). This allows the formation of currents in each phase corresponding to the first harmonic reactive current, higher harmonic components, reverse and zero sequence currents, which ensures compensation of all inactive components of the power consumed from a three-phase network in the case of a non-linear unbalanced load.
