FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to a method of washing the gourds seeds after separating them from the fruit. The method consists in that the washing of seeds is carried out in a bath with water containing intake and discharge pipelines, a water outlet pipe, expendable jet devices mounted on the discharge pipeline, which axes are located at levels different in height of the bath below the water level and directed inwards of the bath. The seeds separated from the fruit are loaded into a cylindrical bath filled with water with the temperature of 25-300°C, having a slope of the bottom to the water outlet pipe, equipped with a latch and lifting guards. In the inner cavity of the jet devices the helical guides of left-handed winding are located. For supplying water to the jet devices the high-pressure centrifugal pump driven by an electric motor is provided. The discharge nozzle of the pump is hydraulically connected to the discharge pipeline. The intake pipeline is hydraulically connected to the suction nozzle of the pump. The seeds charged in the bath are maintained with occasional stirring until fermentation during 24-48 hours. After fermentation the surfaced lightweight seeds and residues are removed from the water surface with the mesh scoop. The waste water is discharged through the open valve. The seeds are captured by the grid. The valve closes, the bath is filled with clean water and the seeds are washed using jet devices. Washed seeds are discharged through the water discharge nozzle into the tank with mesh bottom and fed for drying.;EFFECT: use of invention enables to improve the quality of treatment of separated seeds.;2 dwg
