Described is a composition for the transdermal introduction of medications (M) into a human and animal organism, including cases of urgent drug treatment and prevention of acute pathological conditions. The composition consists of a solution of one or several M in a mixture of at least two solvents: dialkylamide of lower carboxylic acid and (or) alkylpyrrolidone and monoterpenes and (or) monoterpenoids.
