FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is offered: the method of preparation of raw material for anaerobic processing of organic wastes, and also the unit of preparation of raw material using the named method. The method is characterized by that in uniform volume of sealed capacity simultaneously with heating the mix degassing is performed by evacuation and after-treatment. The processing is performed by effect of energy of ultrasonic hydrodynamic emitter on the flow of the mix at its circulation in a closed loop of the sealed capacity. As a fluid for mixing raw material a liquid fraction of bioreactor drain is used. Process of preparation of raw material is completed after heating of mix up to the specified temperature, corresponding to the temperature of the first stage of the bioreactor process. The unit comprises devices for metered supply raw material and liquid, heating, processing by radiation and metered supply of substrate into the bioreactor, sealed vessel equipped with the vacuum pump. The device for mix processing by radiation is designed as an ultrasonic hydrodynamic emitter. The chamber of the hydrodynamic emitter is connected to the vessel with formation of the closed loop, and the liquid supply device is connected to the bioreactor drainage system.;EFFECT: improvement of substrate quality, increase of efficiency of preparation of raw material ensuring acceleration of anaerobic processing of organic wastes and increase of a useful yield of the product.;6 cl, 1 dwg
