FIELD: biotechnologies.;SUBSTANCE: method is implemented using a medium containing no proteins and serum, containing an ultrafiltrated hydrolysate of soy in a concentration of 0.5-50 g/l, where at least 40% of the above soy hydrolysate has a molecular weight of 200-500 Dalton. The above medium also contains an amino acid chosen from a group consisting of L-asparagine, L-cysteine, L-cystine, L-proline, L-triptophane, L-glutamine or their mixtures.
