FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: child's blood chromium, manganese and postvaccinal IgG pertussis antibodies are measured. If observing an increase of child's blood chromium more than 0.004 mg/dm³ and manganese more than 0.011 mg/dm³ in a combination with the amount of postvaccinal IgG pertussis antibodies as compared to the protective level, a decrease in the child's postvaccinal immunity to pertussis is diagnosed.;EFFECT: using the given method enables detecting the children with the decreased early non-manifested postvaccinal immunity.;2 dwg, 4 tbl
