A unit includes a forming tool in the form of two rolls 2, feeder 1 for supply of molten metal, a rotary drive of rolls, which includes motor 5, a belt gear and a system of gears 6, a device for receiving finished products separated from the surface of the rolls, a system of synchronisation of rotation speed of rolls in the form of gears of the drive of the rolls, and a movable vacuum connection for cooling of rolls by water or gas. On the rolls there mounted are replaceable rollers-crystallisers 3, by replacement of which distance is adjusted between the rolls and production of bands with different thickness of 50 to 200 mcm and grain size of 20 nm to 500 mcm is provided.;EFFECT: providing production of magnetic materials containing rare-earth metals with high magnetic properties.;3 dwg
