FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: early immunological prediction of heart rhythm disorders accompanying Q-wave myocardial infarction on the first day of Q-wave myocardial infarction is ensured by measuring IgM and IgG herpes simplex virus (HSV1+2), α-interferon and α-interferon antibodies in blood serum. A low titre of a diagnostically significant result of specific immunoglobulin M HSV1+2, exceeding the diagnostically significant result in 0.12-0.20 times, and immunoglobulin HSV1+2 - in 0.73-2.09 times, an increase of the α-interferon concentration of 1.50 to 9.33 pg/ml and the α-interferon antibody concentration of 11.01 to 12.02 ng/ml enable predicting the favourable clinical course of Q-wave myocardial infarction uncomplicated with cardiac arrythmias. If specific immunoglobulin M HSV1+2 exceeds the diagnostically significant result in 0.86-1.75 times and immunoglobulin G - in 2.71-2.96 times, with the low level of α-interferon of 0.072 to 0.084 pg/ml and the low α-interferon antibody concentration of 0.025 to 0.031 ng/ml, the clinical course of Q-wave myocardial infarction with cardiac arrhythmia progression is predicted.;EFFECT: using the given method enables predicting complicated Q-wave myocardial infarction from the first day with the early determination of viral infection re-activation that enables performing the timely antiviral therapy with improving the clinical results and outcome.;5 ex, 1 tbl
