FIELD: electricity.;SUBSTANCE: circuit design allows supply of the electric drive from any sources of electric energy both of alternating current with different number of phases and types of neutral line and of direct current with different number of phases and types of neutral line thus making the suggested circuit design a universal one. The stated objective are attained by the fact that in order to implement a two-stage operation algorithm of the electric drive an auxiliary transistor half bridge is introduced to the frequency converter circuit, and to the half bridge output the neutral conductor of an electrical machine is connected.;EFFECT: implementation of an emergency two-stage operation algorithm of the electric drive, in case of failure of one phase of the alternating-current electrical machine with maintained rotation of the electric motor, potential restarting, reversing and operating of the electric drive.;3 cl, 3 dwg
