AUXILIARY POWER GAS TURBINE EXPANDER UNIT FOR COMPRESSOR STATIONS OF GAS-MAIN PIPELINES

FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: power gas turbine expander units using the excessive fuel gas pressure can be used for power supply of compressor stations (CS) of gas-main pipelines. High pressure gas from the CS fuel gas pipeline is pumped through regenerating heat exchanger to the turbine expander, fitted with regulated nozzle device (RND), where its pressure is reduced down to the value required for combustion chambers of gas-turbine gas pumping units (GPU). The turbine expander is connected through the common shaft with the compressor of the gas-turbine unit connected by compressed air through the combustion chamber to the gas turbine, which is connected by the common shaft with the electric generator rotor. In the regenerating heat exchanger the heat of exhaust gases from the gas turbine is used for heating of the fuel gas upstream the turbine expander. Gas downstream the turbine expander is supplied by the pressure 2-3 MPa to the combustion chambers of the gas turbine expander unit and GPU gas turbines. Using RND at change of gas pressure in the gas-main pipeline the gas pressure control system and turbine RND expander maintain the constant pressure of gas supplied to GPU combustion chambers.;EFFECT: improving operating reliability.;1 dwg
