Two of the latter, diametrically opposite, have two C-shape guides with lead-in part, rear wall and lead-in frame. Said housing comprises turn cover secured to lead-on frame and equipped with at least one spring to drive it in cover free state to open position. Besides, there are as-closed turn cover retainer and pusher and start spring arranged inside said housing. Starting device is arranged on the housing sidewall of the side of turn cover rotational axis. This device is composed of collapsible handle with trigger and mechanical leverage to control as-closed turn table retainer. Housing rear wall is equipped with retaining elements, for example, as thrust screws for satellite to be fixed inside said housing.;EFFECT: higher reliability, reduced load at satellite.;5 cl, 9 dwg
