FIELD: oil and gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: method includes receipt of drill cuttings from canal ditch of drill rig or from vibrating sieves of screw-type conveyor as well as receipt of drill mud and drilling wastewater, preparation of drill cuttings for neutralisation, make-up of reagent solutions for dewatering and neutralisation of drill cuttings, drill mud and wastewater, mixing the latter with reagents, introducing and simultaneous mixing of neutralising and encapsulating compounds, coagulant and flocculant with drill cuttings in in-series reactors for maturation before dewatering of drill cuttings. Then drill cuttings are dewatered at chamber filter press or belt presses; treatment of filtrate, drill mud and drilling wastewater is performed with subsequent secondary use of neutralised drill cuttings, drill mud and drilling wastewater.;EFFECT: increased efficiency of treatment and secondary use of wastes generated at drilling oil and gas wells.;11 cl, 1 tbl, 1 dwg
