The obtained data are substituted in formula: PIa=-28.64+A*7-B*3.1+C*5.2 and PIv=-5.37+A*6.87-B*2.7+C*4.02, where PIa is the prediction index of the condition of the arterial brain vessels tone; PIv is the prediction index of the condition of the venous brain vessels tone; 28.64 is a constant of mathematic calculation for the prediction of the condition of the arterial brain vessels tone; 5.37 is a constant of mathematic calculation for the prediction of the condition of the venous brain vessels tone; A is the age group of the patients, where for the first group - if the age of the patients varies from 21 to 35 years, number 1 is substituted in the formula, for the second group - from 36 to 50 years - number 2, for the third group - from 51 to 65 years - number 3; B is the term of observation, where the 1-st term of observation is 1-3 days of the disease, 1 is substituted in the formula; the 2-nd term is 4-5 days of the disease - number 2; the 3-rd term - 6-8 days - number 3; the 4-th term - 9-14 days of the disease - number 4; the 5-th term - one month from the disease onset - number 5; C is the value of ristomycin-aggregation of platelets in blood serum in seconds. If the value PIa and PIv are larger than 0, but lower than 5 including, the development of the vessels atonia is predicted. For the arterial brain vessels if the value PIa is larger than 5 and lower than 40 the development of the vessels hypotonia is predicted. If the value PIa is from 40 and to 60 including, the development of the vessels normotonia is predicted. If value of PIa is larger than 60, development of increased tone is predicted. For the venous brain vessels if the value PIv is larger than 5 and lower than 50, the development of the vessels hypotonia is predicted.
