FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: viral load is measured in HIV-infected 12-week pregnant females prior to initiating the therapy inducing HIV immune monitoring. That is ensured by setting the woman's age and duration of the disease, which represent completed years and months divided by twelve. The CD4⁺-T-lymphocyte count is determined in the 30-week pregnant females reviving the above treatment, which is followed by determining the time for marginal post-partum development of HIV-infection by formula: Y=K₀+K₁X₁+K₂X₂+K₃X₃+K₄+X₄. Wherein: Y is the latent time for critical disease progression, days; X₁ is the viral load in the 12-week pregnant females (from the 77^th to 84^th day of pregnancy), Log 10 copies/ml; X₂ is the patient's age, years; X₃ is the duration of the disease, years; X₄ is the CD4⁺-T-lymphocyte count in the 30-week pregnant females (from 203^rd to 210^th day of pregnancy), cells/mcl; K₁, K₂, K₃, K₄, K₀ are regression coefficients.;EFFECT: method provides the reliable prediction of the critical post-partum disease progression and the detailed refinement of the therapeutic approach to the patient for reasons given.;4 tbl, 2 ex, 2 dwg
