METHOD FOR VERIFYING CHRONIC HEPATIC PATHOLOGY IN PATIENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: chronic hepatic pathologies are detected in the patients with arterial hypertension according to clinical-instrumental findings, biochemical blood assay, hormonal regulatory activity of fatty tissue, namely: ALT, units/l, systolic blood pressure load, adiponectin, mcg/ml, left ventricular end-systolic dimension, mm, homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance, leptin, HbAlC.Vo, 'B' systolic blood pressure load, mmHg, interventricular septum thickness, mm, fibrinogen, g/l, cholesterol, mmole/l. The measured data are inserted into linear classification settlement functions. The calculated value can be used to suspect arterial hypertension in the patient in a combination with chronic viral hepatitis C, or to suspect arterial hypertension in a combination with non-alcoholic steato-hepatitis, or to suspect arterial hypertension accompanied by no chronic hepatic pathology.;EFFECT: method enables providing more accurate detection of the chronic hepatic pathology in the individuals suffering arterial hypertension by the complex of clinical-laboratory and instrumental studies.;1 tbl, 3 ex
