FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: proposed process comprises mussel spawning, growing of larvas and settling at collectors in nursery. Here, carpel are selected by shell flap colour (black blue or black) and the spawning is stimulated in spring by abrupt increase in water temperature by 5-10°C relative to maintenance temperature. In autumn, temperature is decreased by 5-10°C. Then, obtained larvas are grown at constant aeration and fed 1-2 times a day: at veliger stage used are microalgae Isochrysis galbana + Monochrysis lutheri at total concentration of 40-50 th. spec/ml; at veliconcha stage and pediveliger -microalgae Isochrysis galbana + Monochrysis lutheri + Phaeodactylum tricornutum at total concentration of 70-100 th. spec./ml.;EFFECT: stimulated spawning, feeding at all growth stages, collection of young at collectors.
