FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: device comprises supply and drain pipelines, a regulating reservoir open from top and a float. The supply pipeline enters the regulating reservoir and comprises a strictly vertical pipe section, the end of which is plugged tightly. The upper part of the vertical pipe has a perforated section, the total cross section of perforated holes in the pipe is 1.5-3 times more than the area of the internal cross section of the pipe of the supply pipeline. The gap between the outer diameter of the pipe and the inner diameter of the torus-like float makes 0.012-2 mm depending on diameter of the float. On the drainage pipeline there is a regulating damper.;EFFECT: simplicity of device manufacturing, small dimensions and high reliability of regulation of liquid flow rate.
