METHOD OF OBTAINING ORGANO-MINERAL FERTILISER FROM WASTES OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION AND PROCESS LINE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining of organo-mineral fertiliser from wastes of agricultural production includes the mixing of the poultry droppings after chopping, and packing of organo-mineral fertiliser, and the poultry droppings and phosphate are sieved, the sifted poultry droppings are mixed with phosphite in the worm mixer fitted with the system of dispensing of initial components with their subsequent heating up to 115-125°C for binding of free ammonia by phosphite, deactivation of pathogenic microorganisms and formation of chemically neutral product. The process line for implementation of the method of obtaining of organo-mineral fertiliser from wastes of agricultural production comprises bins, conveyors, bins batchers, mixers, the line of preparation of poultry droppings containing the reception bin for poultry droppings, the crude dung conveyor, the mechanical vibrosieve, the collector of elimination, the collector of cleaned poultry droppings, the conveyor of cleaned dung, the account bin of the cleaned poultry droppings and a volume feeder of the cleaned dung, the line of preparation of a phosphite containing the reception bin of a phosphite, the phosphite conveyor, a mechanical vibrosieve, the collection of elimination, the collection of the cleaned phosphite, the conveyor of the cleaned phosphite, the feed bin of cleaned phosphite and the volume feeder of the cleaned phosphite, the line of obtaining of organo-mineral fertiliser containing the warmed two-worm mixer, the intermediate bin of ready product, the ready product packing bin and the condensate collector.;EFFECT: inventions allow to simplify the method and the process line for obtaining of fertilisers.;2 cl, 1 dwg
