For this purpose a patient keeps a diary of physical activity for 7 days with the registration of the passive and active time of the day tact, tpas. After that, an averaged coefficient of physical activity CPAav and an average value of energy consumption Ecpaav for a day are determined. Load testing is carried out in the mode of the step-by-step increasing load with 10 W growth step, 3 minute long step duration, with the maximal load value not exceeding 100 W.
