FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied for the diagnostics of a restrictive type of ventilation impairment in patients with the normal vital lung capacity (VLC). For this purpose spirometry is realised and a volume of a forced output is determined. Additionally determined is a forced exhalation volume when the peak volume speed is achieved (FEV_pvs).
